Position Type:          :  Internship (6months) leading to a full-time role

Stipend(Internship) : ₹10,000/month

Location                    : Coimbatore

Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 0-1 years of experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment.

As an IT Recruiter, you will support sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to connect top tech talent with the right opportunities while leveraging industry trends and emerging recruitment tools for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or IT  related field.
• Fundamental understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and demonstrate empathy in candidate interactions.

Technical Proficiency:

• Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Familiarity with Job Boards, ATS,  and Online recruitment platforms. 
• Basic understanding of Coding.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders through multiple channels.
